Development of a supply chain scheduler and simulator, to schedule in a integrate way the production plan for all suppliers involved in the logistic chain for locomotive manufacturing.
The program was used inside Bombardier Transportation production units.

The project was developer in co-operation with Genoa University – DIPTEM (project
manager), and financed by Parco Tecnologico della Regione Liguria

ATIS is a simulation model to evaluate the impact of different scenarios regarding
production increase and changes on production mix on plant logistic system.
It is also possible to study different layout and engineering solutions. The product allows the engineering solutions. The product allows the User to graphically define system elements and to run the simulation on different scenarios.

The project was developed in co-operation with Alfa Coplan, that was the project manager and designed plan layouts and handling and conveyor systems.

The project developed, for Sacmi Imola, a simulator to calculate energy and material consumption (e.g. heat balance) related to different department and production machines of plants for the production of tiles and ceramics. The simulator is used by Sacmi technical support to configure plants and to assess the balance of energy.

The project was developed in co-operation with Geona University – DIPTEM (that played the role of project manager).
