PRECISE is a simulator for emergency planning due to environmental hazards within ports. The simulator takes care of resource and capacity planning, and allows the
testing of different policies. The simulator is interfaced with a hydro-dynamic model, whose task is to calculate the pollution spreading before a rescue team can be set and be operational.
